This is frustrating for me because, altho the customer service staff is quite prompt and helpful, they can only assist me "during business hours". I've replaced my home PCs numerous times over the years, and each time I do so, I have to email or call M&R to get an unlock code for a program I purchased. Just email your customer information to or call our office during normal business hours (M-F 8 to 5 EST) and we will reset your key for you.Įmailing or calling for an unlock code isn't the issue.

We have changed our Pc and now i can't unlock pcstitch pro There is no such thing as a stupid question Usually, you don't even have to re-update if you have to re-install but if you do, you still don't have the unlock problem. It's just easier if you do have to re-install.

I really wish that they could come up with a better way of activating the downloaded software, I mean I've never had this much problem with any other software I've downloaded/purch.Īdd me to the list that would like to see this fixed. When it happens on the weekend it is VERY VERY ANNOYING since there is no one at the web site to reset it for me. I have had some problems myself and end up having to "re-activate" my unlock key.

Since the activation key doesn't work anymore, I've sent an email to the sales departement the key. We had a big virus problem recently and had to reinstall the whole computer, which means also PCStitch 7 and Pro.
